Research Objectives

The primary aim of this research is to study student burnout and academic pressure which exist in universities because these two elements impact how students perform academically and maintain their overall health. The research intends to examine how students experience academic stress while they handle their workload and develop their personal coping methods. The research study has six main objectives which it intends to achieve through its research activities.

The first objective

The first objective of this research study aims to discover which factors lead to academic pressure and burnout among university students.

The third objective

The third objective of this research study investigates how academic pressure and burnout affect students' mental health and motivation and academic results.

The fifth objective

The fifth objective of this research study aims to discover how students view the academic pressure support systems and resources universities offer to students.

The second objective

The second objective of this research study examines how students experience stress and emotional exhaustion and fatigue during their academic study time.

The fourth objective

The fourth objective of this research study investigates the various methods students use to handle their stress while they try to balance their academic obligations with their personal time.

The sixth objective

The sixth objective of this research study provides recommendations which include students and educators and university administrators to create better educational environments which decrease burnout.

The research study aims to provide a better understanding of student well-being in higher education by achieving these objectives. The research study helps develop better methods for managing academic stress through its findings.
