Conclusion

IMG_1433.PNG

The research utilized a quantitative survey method to examine how academic pressure and student burnout impact university students. The results showed that most students experience high academic stress levels together with emotional exhaustion and mental fatigue. Students experienced burnout because they had to manage their academic obligations which included heavy coursework load and multiple tests and urgent assignment due dates together with their personal life responsibilities.

The study results show that students who experience academic pressure develop physical and mental health problems which include sleep disturbances and anxiety and decreased motivation. The low use of professional counseling services by students who depend on social support and exercise to handle stress shows that universities need to improve their mental health services through better funding and increased public knowledge about available support services.

The research shows that universities must address student burnout because it constitutes an immediate emergency situation. The educational system requires universities and educators to establish learning environments which permit students to manage their academic requirements through equitable assessment methods and suitable academic responsibilities and mental health programs which meet their specific requirements.

Students require assistance with their studies so they must develop time management skills to achieve success and preserve their health while managing both their academic tasks and personal responsibilities. Academic institutions need to develop assessment methods which enable students to demonstrate their understanding through authentic assessments which evaluate their actual abilities. University administrators should establish stronger counseling services and better educational resources while implementing their institutional policies.
